Bill Puckett has served on the board of the Music Maker Relief Foundation for ten years. With a passion for the blues and compassion for the plight of many blues men and women, Bill delivers counsel and support that has helped keep this foundation alive. At one point, Puckett helped engineer the funding of a 15 million dollar Blues Revival Tour that hit 36 cities nationwide with press and promotion in all the major music rags and major news publications. Music Maker supports artists with medicine, food, instruments, and the opportunity to get on stage. Music Maker hosts an annual event on Capitol Hill in DC called “Blues on the Hill”.
